My country school made kimchi this past week but they did it differently than I have ever seen it. They actually made the kimchi in a few small children's pools. It is easier to transport. They offered some to me. But I told them I only eat white kimchi. Not trying to discriminate!! LOL! If they had some chocolate kimchi, I would have tried it!
