Selling vegetables outside in the cold

Senior citizens selling fruits, vegetables or seafood outside.

The farmers bring their produce into the city area of the small towns. The market day is generally every five days, countrywide. But some sellers must work every day, even in the bitter cold, to make money.

Sometimes it hurts so much

 

Sometimes I feel so much emotional pain, I just want to curl into a ball and cry like a little child. Depression is real and self care is very important to survival.

Hopefully joy comes after the pain.

I get so Emotional, babeee!!!

I am finally learning the tricks of self-care.

Put your needs FIRST and learn to be selfish.

Everyone else does, so adapt so you can finally free yourself doing too much for everyone else but yourself.

London bagel shop Jeju October 2023

My Korean co-teacher told me about a delicious bagel shop in Seoul so went I traveled to Jeju, I made sure to add it to my short agenda. It was a great experience and we did NOT have to wait in line long. We were fifth in line. 

Whoever came up with this idea was a genius.

I can see bagel shops will be as popular soon in Korea as coffee shops are now.

Shapes & figures

 

I love how shapes and figures come together in photography.

The lines are beautiful as they meet and create a gorgeous work of art. It is breathtaking and reminds me to close my eyes and breathe in nature. 

Allow myself to heal in that one brief moment.

Sunny sets bring me peace

I have been away from this blog, for a while, trying to process my life.

I feel stuck.

I need hugs to remind me that love surrounds me and that soon a community filled with love will surround me. That thought sustains me in my darkest hours. The future will be bright.
