Lunch today May 7th, 2024

 

When I first came to Korea, the wide selection of seafood was overwhelming. 

Many of the world's sea creatures seem to end up on Korean plates. 

I was hesitant at first.  But over the years, the unusual food (to me) has become, almost, normal. 

I can eat it with the same gusto as most American food.

(It is still difficult to eat raw chicken, beef or any raw seafood. Some hurdles are too hard to jump.)
