I have started walking in the morning again. This time with a Korean friend. We usually walk for about an hour. It gets me sweating and makes my legs sore, in a good way. This is a great way to get a lot of stress out and to put a spring back into my step. My body was feeling sluggish but is starting to feel normal again.
Exercise really is a great way to start the day!
